Shipping and payment terms

Our online shop is exclusively for business customers. All amounts stated below are net amounts plus statutory VAT.

Delivery area and shipping costs

We deliver within Germany. For printer models marked accordingly, delivery within Germany is free of charge. For freight-delivered devices marked accordingly, the stated flat rate is €49.58 or €66.39 net per order, each plus 19% VAT. The applicable flat rate is specified on the respective product page.

For accessories and orders containing several or different items, the shipping costs for the particular order are shown at checkout before you submit your order. If you have questions about a mixed order or a special delivery location, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery times and freight delivery

The estimated delivery time is stated in the respective offer. For freight-delivered devices marked accordingly, it is approximately 3 days. For payment in advance by bank transfer, goods are dispatched only after receipt of the full purchase price and shipping costs.

Please agree the exact handover location and any transport required into the building or to an upper floor with us before ordering. Information about access, floor level and available lifts helps with planning.

Positioning and installation

Positioning and installation are optional services by arrangement. We can provide an individual quotation for Berlin and Brandenburg on request. These services are included in the device price or shipping flat rate only if this has been expressly agreed.

Payment terms

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. New customers pay before dispatch. Existing customers expressly approved for payment on account have a payment term of 15 calendar days from the order date. Approval of a business customer account alone does not include approval for payment on account. Any different payment terms expressly agreed remain unaffected.
