Buy the device and plan your ongoing printing requirements

You purchase your printer as usual at the stated device price. For our Brother printers, you can also enter into a BBT click contract. Models HL-L2865DW, MFC-L3760CDW and HL-J6010DW are excluded. The device can still be purchased without a click contract.

Only pay for what you actually print

You only pay for what you actually print. You do not select a fixed page volume or commit to a minimum number of pages. Billing is based on the pages actually printed and takes place quarterly. For example, if you do not print anything for two months, you will not be charged for those months.

The agreed page price includes the automatic supply of suitable consumables and the shipping costs for these deliveries. Depending on the printer type, you will receive toner and drums or ink.

What the BBT click contract offers you

  • A fixed price per printed page according to your individual quote.
  • Automatic supply of suitable consumables, including shipping costs: toner and drums for laser printers or ink for inkjet devices.
  • A five-year warranty, exclusively when you enter into the BBT click contract, and already included in the agreed page price.

The five-year warranty is a benefit of the click contract you enter into. It is not included in the purchase of the device alone, nor is it activated by submitting this request.

BBT will prepare a quote for your approved printer model. You will receive the page price, the exact scope of services and the warranty conditions before concluding the contract. We will agree on the contract term, meter reading collection and the requirements for automatic supply in the quote. The pages actually printed are billed quarterly.

How to receive your quote

  1. Tell us your desired or already purchased printer model. An informal estimate of your printing volume helps with the consultation and is optional.
  2. We will advise you on the click contract and prepare your individual quote.
  3. After receiving the quote, you can decide whether or not to conclude the contract separately.

Use the following form. Please start your message with “BBT click contract” and provide the following details:

  • Printer model and desired quantity
  • Optional for consultation: approximate number of pages per month, preferably separated into black-and-white and colour for colour devices. This does not establish a contract volume.
  • Company name and location with postcode
  • Device already available or purchase planned

Providing your printing volume is not required for the request and does not establish a minimum order. You can optionally leave a callback number in the telephone field.
