Withdrawal and returns for business customers

Our online shop is exclusively for business customers ordering for their commercial or self-employed professional activities. Sales to consumers are excluded. Such business purchases generally do not carry a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

Voluntary returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us with the order number, item name and details of your request. Whether a voluntary return can be agreed, and on what terms, is determined individually in each case. This information does not establish a general voluntary right of return. Please agree any voluntary return shipment with us in advance.

Complaints and defects

Your statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected. Warranty claims are governed by our general terms and conditions. When making a complaint, please provide the order number, the affected device or item and a description of the problem so that we can coordinate the next steps.
